How do I join a club?+

Verify your Roblox account first. After that, managers send contract offers to your Discord DMs. You have 24 hours to accept or decline, and nobody can sign you without your yes. Keep your DMs open to server members so offers can reach you.

How do I verify?+

Join the CS Roblox group, then go to compsoccer.app/verify (or press Verify in the verify channel). Log in with Discord, sign in with Roblox, and you get the Verified role straight away.

When is the transfer window open?+

Staff announce when it opens and closes, and the Transfers page always shows the live status. While it's closed, each club has 2 emergency signings for the whole season.

I think a result is wrong.+

Open a General Support ticket within 24 hours of the match ending and include clips or screenshots. Without evidence the result stands.

I've been sanctioned. Can I appeal?+

Yes, once per sanction. Open an Appeal a Sanction ticket and explain honestly why it should be lifted.

How do I become a manager?+

Managers are appointed by staff. Watch the announcements for when spots open up.

I changed my Roblox account.+

Open a General Support ticket and staff will move your link over.

How do I partner with CS?+

Open a Partnership ticket with your server name, member count and what you have in mind.
